My slideshows are continually loading.
This is a common problem that occurs when other plugins incorrectly load jQuery into your theme. This can often cause jQuery to be loaded twice, or cause conflicts, which will break plugins such as Easing Slider.
To troubleshoot, disable all of your plugins accept for Easing Slider. Check if it is working. If not, then your theme is causing the conflict. Otherwise, start enabling your plugins one-by-one until you activate the plugin that breaks Easing Slider. This is the conflicting plugin.
At this stage you’ll probably need to find an alternative plugin to use instead of the one which is causing the conflict. As Easing Slider loads all of its scripts and styling as-per WordPress best practices, there is little else that can be done. Feel free to contact us as well and we will be happy to assist further.
All of my slideshows look distorted/incorrect.
Generally visual issues with the plugin are caused by CSS conflictions from the theme or other plugins. This problem is most easily fixed if you contact us straight away, unless you wish to tackle the problem yourself. These issues are very quick fixes and reporting them to us will allow us to prevent them from occurring in future updates of the plugin.
Image resizing doesn’t work when enabled.
Some WordPress installations can have trouble with the image resizing solution used in Easing Slider. If you really need to use it, contact us and we will be happy to try and find a solution for you. Otherwise, leave it disabled.
Either GD Library or ImageMagick are required for the resizing functionality, so make sure your host supports them.
Can I translate the plugin into my own language?
Sure! We only provide support in English, but you are welcome to translate Easing Slider into your own language(s). We’ve included a .po file for use in translating the plugin, so feel free to give it a try.
How do I update my plugin?
Updates are distributed from WordPress.org. When an update is released, WordPress will notify you from the “Plugins” admin panel. To gain access to extension updates, make sure you’ve entered your extension license key into the “Licenses” tab on the “Settings” page inside the “Sliders” menu.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept payments from all major credit cards, or PayPal. Our credit card payments are handled by Stripe and are SSL encrypted for your security.
How will I receive my download?
You will receive your download link and license key in an email immediately after your payment has been completed successfully. If you are paying using a PayPal eCheck, this may take a couple of days to be completed, so bare that in mind. If you run into any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will get back to you promptly.
What am I going to receive?
You will receive a .zip file. This file contains the extension purchased and should be uploaded to your WordPress “Plugins” panel.
I have lost my License Key. What do I do?
Simply contact us requesting a reminder of your License Key. Try to provide us with as much purchase information as you can.
